  I had a very bad experience dealing with this broker, I expected a more professional experience from this company. Watch out for the following: - Don't sign their lease papers immediately, consult your attorney for termination clauses or other pit falls. They favor their clients by not protecting buyer/lessee rights. - They will try hard to make you sign the papers right away, ensure you get time or walk away. - Their property tours are not always truthful, they tend to hide most of the issues with the property. Do some additional research on the property they are trying to sell/lease. Be cautious with your dealing with this company. Take your time to decide, don't rush.
